Payer Enrollment
Our billing setup service ensures your systems are properly configured before you begin submitting insurance claims. We register you with selected payers, confirm payer details, configure CPT codes and billing settings, and prepare test claims to ensure everything is functioning correctly. We currently work with Medicare and many commercial payer plans, with the ability to register with state specific plans as needed.
Monthly Billing
Our ongoing billing service offers full-cycle claims management for therapists, dietitians, and PT/OT. From submission to reconciliation, we ensure claims are processed accurately and followed through to completion.
